December 2008 Compete.com figures comparing social bookmarking sites. There are so many sites it is confusing. Social bookmarks help you organise, store, search and share web pages that you wish to remember. All offer this service in slightly different ways. Alexa.com rankings vary slightly from the Compete.com rankings. Digg.com is the most popular to date. Del.icio.us.com is inceasing in popularity and Technorati.com is slightly less popular than in January 2008. Reddit.com is a very simple to use service with little advertising.
